Planquadrat was commissioned with developing a framework plan for the new Frankfurt residential district along Ben Gurion Ring. It articulates a strong own identity for the new district without spatially demarcating itself from the surrounding buildings. Existing qualities, such as the existing green area, are being developed further.

The new district forms a spatial arc of tension between the outer enclosed ring and the centrally located public green area. These two poles of the quarter are linked through an open space, the "Promenade", running in the east-west directions. A type of gate situation at the ring and a square at the park design the beginning and end of this promenade. A condensed residential construction is planned for the district, oriented towards the promenade and through this an attractive internal location is developed. Furthermore, special importance was attached to the open space design in the area of the courtyards and semi-public areas between the building lines.
