The Rostamani Tower is situated on the main thoroughfare Sheik Zayed Road in the heart of Dubai. The office and residential building lines up along a road full of skyscrapers. In total the building has 55 storeys. Along with leisure areas with pool, garden and fitness area, there are three lobby levels, 24 office, 18 apartment as well as four duplex and two penthouse floors, often with a suspended balcony landscape. The rear part of the site ensures sufficient parking possibilities and is connected via a bridge to the lobby of the high-rise building. The building is characterised above all by its striking street facade. Projecting wall and ceiling discs, meandering upwards along the main and rear facades, serve as an image-forming flagship to protect from the sun, wind and street noise. They are the dividing walls of a vertical labyrinth, whose starting point forms the main entrance and target point the upper "eye".
