The building complex comprises 8 exclusive apartment blocks in the direct vicinity of the park on Römische Straße. The individual residential buildings with their brightly plastered facades, natural stone bases and dynamically shaped single pitch roofs are characterised by an expressive, organic architectural language. This design language serves as a leitmotif for the design of the Riedberg west wing. The concept is perceptible right up to the open space design. The houses have spacious and high-quality 2-5 room apartments. These are connected to one of the two underground car parks. Spacious window panes enable the apartments of the front houses a view in the direction of the park.
