Residential complex in the direct vicinity of Ostbahnhof Frankfurt as well as its railway tracks with 272 residential units. The ensemble comprises on the one hand a 7-storey main structure that sits on a large car park protruding from the ground as well as a 4-storey tower block set back from Ferdinand-Happ-Straße. The space situation resulting from this will be given its final determination when the currently undeveloped south-west plot joins up next to the tower block when it is developed. The main entrance to the residential building is located on the level of the pavement Ferdinand-Happ-Straße and accesses the main staircase with attached elevators. The building has its pointed, glazed corner staircase to thank for its striking prestige value. The inside access of the in total 272 residential units takes place via a central corridor. All residential units have a wash room, a small kitchen counter, a balcony or terrace and can be reached barrier-free.
