The new building project in the Riedberg district of Altkönigblick comprises 15 terraced houses in 4 groups of houses stretching along Graf-von-Stauffenberg-Allee. They are characterised by a clear architectural language, evoking memories of the architecture of the 1930s with their discreet colouring, the window strips and delicate detailed design. On the north side the windows are drawn tight to form horizontal and vertical bands and the horizontally structured balconies serve at the same time as an entrance canopy. Letter boxes, bells and outside lighting are integrated in the screening wall next to the front door. The south side facing the garden is spaciously glazed and likewise shows horizontal window strips. There is a roof terrace in the attic floor.
All terraced houses have two full storeys plus a staggered storey and have full basements.
