NeW CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING WITH 422 APARTMENTS, DAYCARE FACILITY FOR CHILDREN AND UNDERGROUND CAR PARK

The residential building complex is located close to Frankfurt's main railway station and in the direct neighbourhood of the listed Adler Works.
Against this background, there is a special focus on the themes of sound insulation and the preservation of historical monuments.

The building complex comprises three building phases, funded and suitable for families and senior citizens with a daycare facility for children, and two construction fields, privately financed, conventional residential buildings with compact apartments.

On the long, narrow plot the structures take the shape of a meander and react with their number of storeys and fragmented facade structure in the direction of Weilburger Straße to the listed Adler Works. Like a green band, green roof gardens stretch intensively over two levels. The lower garden is to be developed barrier-free and is linked to the upper gardens via stairs. They offer the residents high-quality common areas and offer a view of the Frankfurt skyline.
