The high-quality residential building forms the urban edge of the local square, Altkönigblick. The facade is divided into sculptural buildings that are emphasised by the contrast between plaster and clinker. The spacious apartments have an open-style plan, studio style and enable living with balconies and loggias towards the east and west. 20 residential units with approx. 52 to 180 square metres of living spaces are spread over three storeys plus an attic storey.
