Two rows each with 3 spacious semi-detached houses were built alternating with three rows each with 6 to 7 terraced houses in the Altkönigblick district. The facades were constructed in light grey and white tones and have projecting boxes on the upper storeys, that are colour accentuated. In the case of the semi-detached houses, the orange boxes are inserted in the cubic building in the middle, whilst in the case of the terraced houses the boxes are superimposed on the upper storey as a staggered storey. These upper parts vary in colour tone between grey, orange and beige. Both types of buildings have spacious ground floor open spaces with terraces and large roof terraces.
